What Makes Gillz fabric unique and better than its competition?

GillzTec fabric is cool to the touch while taking less time to dry, rapidly releasing moisture into the air and thus cooling the fabric.

Our performance fishing shirts are rated UPF 50+ which is the highest Ultraviolet Protection Factor rating a garment can receive.

How do I return my items?

To submit a return, please go to the website and scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll find the “returns” tab.

Please click on that link and enter your order information in the return portal.

You will then be emailed a return label once the return is approved by customer service.  

How do I exchange my items?

To submit an exchange, please go to the website and scroll to the bottom of the page where the “returns” tab is located.

Please click on that option, enter your order information, and indicate what shirt you would like to exchange for in the “notes” section.

A return label will be emailed to you.

Once the return is received by the warehouse, we will be able to send out an exchange for your item.

What Country are your goods manufactured in?

Our goods are manufactured all over the world and shipped out of our warehouse in Miami, Florida.

Do the sizes run big or small or fairly true?

Performance shirts will be a little tighter and our t-shirts are going to be similar to your typical T-Shirt fit.  

Women’s Shirts tend to run a size smaller than normal.

Do you carry stock in 3XL or bigger?

We do make 3XL for items such as our Tournament Shirts but do not have plans as of now to grow our plus size business

How do I check my order status?

You can create an account to monitor the status of your order and all future orders here

If you do not have an account, please email customer service if you do not receive a tracking number notification within 24 business hours after purchasing your items.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

Please take a picture of your item and email customer service at info@gillz-gear.com.

Then please submit an exchange through our return portal so we can get you a replacement item as soon as possible.

What do I do if I received the wrong items on my order?

How do I take care/wash my fabrics?

Please see your items tag for proper care instructions.

I did not receive my entire order, what do I do now?

Please check your email for an out of stock notification, if you have not received an email, please email customer service at info@gillz-gear.com or call us at 904-479-2906.

Do your masks protect against airborne viruses?

Our masks do not protect against airborne viruses of any kind.

What is your standard shipping option?

USPS First Class is our standard shipping option. We are currently working to add new shipping options as we grow and strive to meet the standards of all our customers.

What does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping rates and costs depend on location and size of order.

How do I join your Pro-Staff program?

We are not currently accepting Pro-Staff Applications at this time.

I already placed my order, how do I change my delivery address?

Please contact your carrier if your order was already shipped. You can verify this by checking to see if you received a order confirmation email with a tracking number.

Is it safe to use a credit card?

Yes, our website is secured with an SSL certificate which encrypts your payment data.

Can I be notified when an item will be back in stock?

Typically, once an item is sold out, we do not restock as we are continually innovating our products to bring you the latest in sun protective outdoor apparel.
